About Us
Restivo’s Wrenches is more than just an auto repair shop—we’re your neighbors, your go-to mechanics, and your trusted partners in car care. Based in Prescott and proudly locally owned and operated, we specialize in general auto repair with a team of ASE Certified Technicians and multiple AC Certified Technicians using industry-leading equipment. Our shop is built on transparency, trust, and connection. Every inspection we perform includes detailed photos, videos, and written descriptions of our findings, along with a green-yellow-red system to help you clearly understand what’s urgent, what can wait, and what’s in good shape. With three bays and lifts, we provide reliable, high-quality service while staying deeply connected to the community we love.
From sponsoring local events to supporting nonprofits and schools, Restivo’s Wrenches is here to serve Prescott both under the hood and beyond.
Meet The Owner & Community Advocate
For as long as he can remember, Scott Restivo has been fascinated by how things work. From wrenching on his own vehicles to turning that passion into a profession, Scott worked as a mechanic through college while studying group development and team dynamics. His love for problem-solving—both mechanical and human—helped shape his vision for what an auto shop should be. After years in the industry, Scott noticed the gaps in communication and trust that gave mechanics a bad name. He founded Restivo’s Wrenches to be the change he wanted to see—where customers are heard, educated, and shown exactly what’s going on with their vehicles.
Scott believes in total transparency, and it shows in everything we do—from our clear inspection reports to the time we take to explain each repair. Outside the shop, Scott enjoys hiking and biking with his family and actively gives back to the community through partnerships with local nonprofits and events. Restivo’s Wrenches proudly supports causes like Prescott High School Prom, Prescott Valley PD Youth Camp, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army Angel Tree, and Rotary Club events—because for Scott, real service goes beyond auto repair.
